Δεν παίρνω ούτε τα χρήματα πίσω, πόσο μάλλον το κέρδος.

ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΗΣΤΕ ΚΑΚΗ ΠΙΣΤΗ!! , Χθες κέρδισα πίστωση 1.500,00 ρεάλ και ζήτησα την ανάληψη 1.000,00 και έμειναν 500,00 για να μπορέσω να παίξω ξανά, έπαιξα το 500,00 και έχασα, αλλά στο τέλος περίμενα να χρεωθεί η κατάθεσή μου από ο τραπεζικός μου λογαριασμός απλά δεν έπεσε ακόμα, γιατί πήγα να παραπονεθώ στο chat και ο συνοδός μου είπε ότι είχα ρίξει όλο το υπόλοιπό μου και έχασα και γι' αυτό δεν χρεώθηκε τίποτα στον λογαριασμό μου. Αλλά είμαι σίγουρος ότι όταν ζήτησα την ανάληψη, τα 1.000,00 ρεάλ εξαφανίστηκαν από το υπόλοιπό μου. Προσοχή λοιπόν με τους Vulkan Vegas, χρησιμοποιούν κακή πίστη με παίκτες.

Hello, this needs some further investigation. Do you have any email communication or printsscreen or any evidence that your winnings have been voided, please? You should be able to check your gaming history to see how much you lost. I'd also checked your account for some transaction or payment history, so you can see if there is some canceled withdrawal maybe.

You mean withdrawal, no and to who to say.

After I set up first withdrawal of 1000$ to my MasterCard wait then try again to my wallet Trc20 and few more but nothing happened and then contact customer service so they told me I must pay for withdrawal of 1000$ 9% wich is 90$. Pay that then contact them and they say that security service need my ID card and to pay for fee 20%.

I really dont know what to do.
